      Actis/Fung Ya are dedicated to automation engineering, development of automated assembly line,robotised cells,service integration and logistics systems.Fung Ya is a joint venture, established in June 2004, between Fung Yu Electrical and Machinery Co., Ltd.(HK company) and ACTIS SA (French company).Fung Ya headquarter is located in Hong Kong and has a representative sales office in Tangxia Town, Dongguan City. Specialized in automation process for the shoe industry, we have developed an unique automation concept“ the RB System ”, able to address any type of automation requirements: from single cell(on injection machine or along a manual line), to complete automated line for all types of assembly process, integrating robotized tooling cells to realize tooling operations.
    Fung Ya is in charge of the commercial development, lines'and robots'installation, customer assistance and training for the Chinese and Asia markets. Having the full support of ACTIS R&D center in France and Fung Yu's technical and marketing people, our team is trained and ready to address any of your requirements. Based on 25 years experiences (more than 100 automated cells installed) and the last sales made in Asia, Fung Ya is convinced that the association of both experiences and resources, gathered with the 2 cultures and History will allow Fung Ya to offer you an even more efficient automation product.

      Naturally our tooling applications can be installed directly on the injection machine using it as a support, or along a manual line as a First Step, but since the beginning, we believed that the future is not only to automate one or several operations, but to bring a more complete automation being organized along lines, in order to obtain a complete automated unit and bring a different and new answer to different manufacturing problems and situations.     On may,28th-31th, of 2008,Our company attend the The 18th International Exhibition on Shoes & Leather Industry whic come to a cussessful end  
      2005-2006, Fung Ya joined International Footwear Leather & Industrial Equipment Exhibition. At the exhibition, Fung Ya made the acquaintance of many both here and broad manufacturing shoes manufacturers. They conformably considered the shoemaking automatic equipment of Fung Ya is now leading the way at hom.

          RB System is the name we gave to all the tools, techniques, practices, software, tooling heads, automated devices, automatons... that we have developed to achieve the automation of the assembly process in the shoe industry.
        All these components are gathered together within RB System line. Each automation being realized in relation to customer's requirements. This is why we often say that the RB System is a concept a technology, but not a machine    .......
